A large tower air cooler is the specific pairing this kit exists for — the tall coolers that hang over the first memory slot are exactly where height becomes a problem, and a short heatspreader removes the question before it is asked. Beyond that it suits any current AM5 or Core Ultra board, two sticks in the second and fourth slots, and a build where the effort has gone into the parts that do the work rather than the parts that are seen.
Who This Isn’t For
In a build meant to be looked at, this kit contributes nothing to the look — the memory slots sit high on the board and are among the most visible things through a glass panel, and these will be dark. Under an all-in-one liquid cooler the height advantage also earns you nothing, since there is no cooler tower above the slots for it to avoid. And 32GB is the wrong capacity if the machine is going to be running virtual machines or long video timelines.

How do I know it will clear my cooler?
Send us the cooler model and we will check it against the kit’s height rather than guessing. It is the single most common fitting problem we see, and it is entirely avoidable before anything is ordered.
Does having no lighting make it slower?
No. Lighting is a cosmetic layer on the outside of the module and has nothing to do with how the memory performs. A kit at 6000 CL30 behaves the same whether it glows or not.
Will it hit 6000 CL30 on an Intel board?
Yes. There is an XMP profile alongside the EXPO one, so the same sticks reach the rated figures on either platform. You enable whichever your board offers and nothing else needs setting.
